1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using this Excel Add-In, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the add-in.

2. License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the add-in for business purposes. The software remains the property of Zentrix BI.

3. Use of the Service
You may use the add-in only as intended—to access SAP data securely within Microsoft Excel. You must not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the software without written consent.

4. Data Access and Security
The add-in connects to SAP systems using standard OData APIs. It performs read-only operations and does not store SAP data outside Excel. Users are responsible for maintaining secure credentials and complying with their organization’s data policies.

5. Support and Updates
Zentrix BI may provide updates or patches to improve functionality or security. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

6. Limitation of Liability
The add-in is provided “as is.” Zentrix BI is not liable for any data loss, downtime, or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the software.

7. Termination
Zentrix BI may suspend or terminate your access to the add-in if you breach these terms.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
